1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Time: After processing, estimated delivery times vary by destination. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Note: During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping.

• Free Shipping: If offered, free shipping applies only to the subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

3. Transfer of Risk (FOB Shipping Point)

All items purchased from Viad Web are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you (the buyer) the moment we hand the package to the carrier. * We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

• We are not responsible for "Porch Piracy" (packages marked as delivered but missing). We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address.

4. Shipping Insurance & Claims

• Standard Shipping: Most standard services (like USPS Ground Advantage) do not include insurance.

• Carrier Claims: If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. While we cannot issue refunds for carrier errors, we will provide any necessary documentation (tracking numbers/receipts) to assist your claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the order sent again.

• If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it is returned to us, a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

6. International Shipping (If applicable)

• Customs & Duties: Viad Web is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

7. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
