Refund policy
1. Final Sale Policy
To maintain our competitive pricing as a reseller, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description. We do not offer "change of mind" returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in sourcing and shipping, but if an item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
In the rare event that a return is authorized (e.g., we sent the wrong item):

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all authorized returns to cover processing and administrative costs.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment center or entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons (especially regarding skincare and wellness products), the following are strictly non-returnable:

Products that have been removed from their original shrink-wrap.

Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Viad Web is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery service with signature confirmation.
