Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process: Contact us at vincent@viadweb.com with your order number and reason for return. Return eligibility and instructions may vary by product and supplier. We will respond within 2 business days.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval, depending on the fulfilling supplier. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened personal care, wellness, and consumable products are final sale unless defective.
