- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Opened or used products may be eligible for store credit at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@viadweb.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for orders over $50.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
